Summer Camps 2026
Summer Camp 2026 is a different bit of hands-on learning adventure each day, including:
Hands-on exploration of an interesting subject
Connections to culture and nature around the world
Outdoor games that change with the topic
Fun healthy snack
Science experiment and/or art project
Time with Cognition animals (some will visit the Grow Benzie site)
*Camp sign-up is for all three days. We understand sometimes things come up, and campers might have to miss a little. Please understand that in most cases we cannot prorate for missed time (due to staffing and other expenses).
Each week, Day Camps are geared
for different age groups: 5-8 or 9-12 yrs old.

Sprockets
5-8 Years Old
Camp is Mon-Wed 10am-4pm
Cost: $195/ $180 members
Discounts: 20% off siblings, 10% off for additional weeks
Campers will need a packed lunch, water bottle, beach towel, and sunscreen (all labeled, please). Healthy, fun snacks are provided.
Sprocket Camp will be just the right mix of learning and playing for our beginning campers.

Masters
9-12 Years Old

Master Camp will have the most challenging projects and depth of subject exploration for our advanced campers. But don’t worry, it will still have an eclectic, hands-on style with lots of games to keep things fun and interesting! We’re excited to give our Masters more say in what we do and how far we can take our investigations.

Counselor In Training
Counselors In Training need to be at least 2 years older than the oldest camper range for the week (They must be 10 to help with Sprockets week, and 14 to help with Masters) See camp schedule.
Mon 9am-4:30, Tue & Wed, 9:30-4:30 Counselors In Training’s camp day is extended from for help setting up and cleaning up.
Cost: $105/ $90 members Reduced price per week, as they will help us out to earn the other part of tuition.
Counselors In Training will need a packed lunch, water bottle, beach towel, and sunscreen (all labeled please). Healthy, fun snacks are provided.
Counselors In Training will learn leadership skills and assist camp counselors with games and projects. They will get the fun of camp, with some extra responsibility and training. We are planning some special activities and hand-outs for these young leaders.
